• You may sign up by using our RLGA web site (www.rlga.net) or using the sign-up sheets in the Ladies Lounge.  Please do not sign up in both places.
  

• Please sign up no later than 10 days prior to day of play.  The Ridgefield Golf Course needs to know the last tee time we will use each Tuesday a week in advance so they are able to accommodate public players each Tuesday after our league play ends.

• Signing up means you are committing to play on a Tuesday.  You will be mixed each week with other members of your league to foster members getting acquainted with each other throughout the season.

• Requests will be considered (i.e. for a particular time or with a particular person) but not on a regular basis.  If you have a special request, please note it when you sign up to play.

• Tee times are posted one week prior to play on www.rlga.net and on the bulletin boards in the Ladies Lounge.

• Changes to tee times can be made by emailing or calling the tee time chairperson before 5:00 p.m. on Friday prior to Tuesday golf days.

• Changes made within 24 hours of your tee time must be done directly by calling the Pro Shop at the golf course (203-748-7008) and sending an email to the tee time chairperson.  This will accommodate members on the waiting list.

• A penalty will be assessed for every cancellation made after 5:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the Tuesday golf day.  If you incur more than two penalties, you will be charged a $20 fee and will not be able to play again in the league until the fee is paid.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your tee time, you may also be charged a Ridgefield Golf Course cancellation fee. 

• Please avoid last minute cancellations; they should be for emergency reasons only.  When you sign up to play, you are making a commitment to play.  Last minute cancellations result in preventing other members from playing and also revenue loss for the golf course.

• If you are a No Show on a Tuesday league day, you will be prevented from playing in RLGA for 2 weeks, charged a $25 fee, and will not be able to play again in the league until the fee is paid.

• Plan to arrive at the golf course 30 minutes prior to your tee time.  Report to the starter 20 minutes before your tee time with your fees paid and cart loaded.
